​Born and brought up in a small village of India, started working at age of 13 years to financial support family and to cover own education expenses, successfully completed graduation in Civil Engineering. After finishing it, started to work as a Private & Government approved contractor, worked in various departments / projects under Road & Building, Irrigation division for 4 years and then came to UK to pursue higher study. Successfully completed PG in Civil Engineering from University of East London while working on a part time based in ASDA. After finishing PG, got an opportunity to work as a chainman in construction company and has been offered a job and work permit within 2 months due to the performance. Working as a Site Engineer, Quality Engineer for 5 years and gradually promoted to work as a Contract Engineer & Precast Manager. After gaining 7 years of experience, progressively reached to a position of ‘Operations Manager’. Working for few years on this position and then started to work as a Freelancer in USA. Due to covid pandemic, returned to UK and started own consultancy business in Project Management, Quality Management & conducting of various Audits in construction Industry to provide consultancy services with highest quality standards and running currently successfully. Overall, 24 years of experience within the construction industry, working nationally & internationally, gaining a comprehensive mix of leadership, management & engineering exposure. Being an engineer, possess strong research, strategic, numeric and analytical analysis skills. Through work experience and career growth, got boost to further developed my managing, commercial & negotiation skills including interpersonal communication skill to deal confidently & effectively with people at all levels.
